Venture Developer (m/f)

FinLeap is a startup factory in the FinTech sector based in Berlin. The group was founded in 2014 and builds 6 to 8 companies per year equipping them with seed funding between €0.5-5m each. **Your role:**

*You develop, manage and implement new business development strategies
*You support the kick-off of new ventures in cooperation with venture partners
*You evaluate new business models and M&A opportunities in the FinTech sector
*You are responsible for the financial planning of potential business models
*You work hands-on in various areas such as business development, product and quality management, marketing, HR, controlling, etc.
*You investigate economic conditions, relevant industry trends and competition to facilitate decision-making processes
*You prepare high level presentations and pitch our business to potential clients
*You identify strategic partners in pursuit of growth opportunities

**Our requirements:**

*You bring at least 3 – 4 years of experience in the banking industry or experience in a top consulting firm; previous experience within a start-up is a big plus
*You have earned a master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on finance
*You have extensive knowledge of banking processes
*Your German is on a native speaker level and you speak fluent English
*You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and your working style is pro-active and result-oriented
*You are able to work and communicate in a fast paced international environment
*You have a very strong motivation to pursue an exceptionally successful career within start-ups or venture capital institutions
