Develop a go-to-market strategy for the US market which includes the preparation of our tech product for the US-Recruitment market and ownership of the Country’s P&L
Drive competitor and market analysis to understand market functionality and to ensure an effective market launch
Close the major US-based Job Boards, optimize their performance and convert them into happy long-term clients
Build up the entire team for the US market – this includes BisDev / Sales, Performance Marketing, Product and IT
Learn about the best practices from our other markets and adapt them for the US
3+ years of relevant post BA working experience in either a top-tier consultancy, investment bank or a $100MM+ evaluated startup
Successfully completed studies with an economic, technical or humanistic focus
Highly self-motivated with a hands-on ‘get things done’ mentality
Successfully led diverse teams
English native speaker or C1 Level and very strong verbal, written and presentation skills
An entrepreneurial background a/o experience in building a company from the ground up is a big plus
