Using technology, we reinvent the global food supply chain to reduce food waste and connect consumers with quality producers faster – with the ultimate goal of providing fresh, delightful, and easy food.
We are looking for a student trainee to join our operations/customer care team to help us ensure that Marley Spoon packages get delivered to our customers.
Join our experienced Operations Team, specifically in the area of shipping and logistics
Work with Marley Spoon shipping partners to ensure that Marley Spoon deliveries safely reach our customers
Resolve daily shipping issues that prevent packages from being delivered
Improve shipping tracking processes
Provide all Marley Spoon customers with the best customer experience possible
This is you:
Smart and structured work approach
High attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, especially Google spreadsheets
Fluent in German and English. Dutch skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
Passionate about providing quality customer service!
