The ROLE

CUBE is searching for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer who loves building product and architecting creative code-based solutions. You will own and implement all end-to-end features, while leveraging your passion for front-end development and focusing on user experience.

This position will report to the CIO and work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer/ Product Manager on building a fully-interactive CRM and interactive platform for our ecosystem. You’ll also own website functionality and enhancements, and help create our event conference app for use at the CUBE Tech Fair in May 2018. You’ll occasionally support IT-related projects and other special projects as they arise. Most importantly, you’re ready to build a real product from scratch and fully invest in your new team!

This full-time position is based in CUBE’s Berlin headquarters, located in the heart of Mitte and Berlin’s gendarmenmarkt.

About YOU

5+ years experience with a solid understanding of the diverse web development languages and frameworks in use today: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, etc.
Comfortable working in all aspects of a web application: front-end, back-end, and databases
You’re a WordPress expert and are willing to proactively identify which programming languages are the best fit for our team
You have a creative, entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment
Love to experiment and use data to drive decision making
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy, and dynamic work environment
