**Junior Performance Marketing Manager Spain (m/f)**

for the Spanish market, who wants to become a performance marketing superstar, is keen on digging deep into the theory of paid marketing and likes to try our new ways of reaching our target audience.

**Your tasks**

✈ You plan, steer and optimize campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook and other paid platforms with respect to budget and KPIs

✈ You manipulate and interpret data to analyze performance, monitor success and forecast budgets

✈ You are responsible for the investigation and implementation of new channels

✈ You get insights into Conversion Rate Optimization to support growth of online marketing channels through A/B testing and targeted landing pages

✈ You work hands-on with the whole marketing team or in cross-department teams on the future growth of the company

**Your profile**

✈ You have a strong interest in the field of Paid Marketing

✈ You gained at least one year working experience in Online Marketing (especially Google AdWords) and have a good understanding of the Spanish market

✈ You have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship in the area of marketing, business administration or a related field

✈ You have solid Microsoft Excel skills as well as an affinity for numbers

✈ You are thoroughly reliable, conscientious, detail-oriented and like to take on responsibility

✈ Spanish is your mother tongue and your English is good; German is a plus
