Nosto is hiring an International Marketing Manager in Berlin, Germany
As an International Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the marketing team. Your role is to identify and develop international marketing efforts in foreign countries, which includes promotions and sales support. Expanding upon existing markets by tracking sales and analyzing these markets to increase sales and profitability is also a major responsibility. You will think big and innovate as you work with sales, customer success managers and business development reps to execute on a multitude of programs like regional events, customer user groups, startup community campaigns, regionalized campaigns and partner marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in scaling Nosto’s business internationally. The role is both strategic and tactical, focused on planning and executing local marketing campaigns to create awareness and generate leads.
What you will do:
Work closely with the EMEA sales teams to provide local marketing support
Be responsible for syndicating our content across all relevant digital channels and through our partners
Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and external partners in each local market
Identify topics of interest in local markets and use this information to develop content strategies for each area
Setup and manage attendance at exhibitions at local events and create innovative marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate qualified leads
Work closely with our Content Marketing team to identify opportunities for future campaigns
Work closely with our Paid Marketing team on devising, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns
Drive innovation and explore new media opportunities across EMEA
Collate and share learnings on local markets across the organization
We need someone who:
Has a strong understanding of sales and marketing in a global environment.
Collaborates with regional sales managers to develop local strategies that drive lead generation in line with quarterly targets
Will work across all aspects of marketing, including market research, product development, sales and advertising.
Develop and execute campaigns to stimulate expansion business
Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on program effectiveness
Has the ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments and cultures.
Identifies potential global markets
Determines the demand for Nosto on different global markets.
Keeps track of global prospects for Nosto to increase market share and profitability
Has strong communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills
Highly skilled in computer usage as well as proficient in software programs utilizing spreadsheets, presentations and other reports.
Degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing
2+ years of experience working in a technology company or marketing agency specialising in digital marketing ideally with a focus on lead/demand generation
Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
Self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of the tools, processes, reporting and relationships with vendors
Fluent English and German. French, Spanish & other European languages are a plus
Very strong written and spoken communication skills
Willing to travel
Data driven and familiar with marketing metrics
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals
Resourceful and confident to dive in and tackle problems – constantly driving programs forward
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
