fotograf.de/GotPhoto provides photographers a SaaS system for selling photos online. We already have active customers in 15 different countries on 5 continents and are growing fast. What’s our business?
We’re disrupting the volume / school photography industry. Our market is huge: 250 million people are photographed in schools and tourism sites in Europe and the US every year. However, the current method for selling photos is analog and inefficient: paper order forms are handed out, and photos are printed before they’ve been sold. Our innovative E-commerce and CRM system brings this process online. It’s faster, more efficient, and more profitable.
We found the right market. We built the right product and optimized it over the last 2 years (Net Promoter Score of 55). Now we are looking for “Mr./Mrs. Make It Repeatable” to start scaling our sales efforts. One of your challenges is to streamline the different sales approaches in order to address the two customer segments in our core markets: Small customers and enterprise clients.
Be responsible for sales in our core markets (UK, DE and other European countries) for our two customer segments
Tune our sales process and make it more “repeatable”
Close deals in Europe, and from time to time overseas, on your own
After optimizing in 2017, you will start speeding up recruiting and scaling your team from 2018
Support your sales team to close deals: Make sure that your team can work as effectively and efficiently as they can and constantly improve sales tactics
After Michael, our Head of Expansion, conquers a new market, you will take over sales in that market and institutionalize our sales efforts
You have already proven yourself to lead a sales team and have the ambition to become Head of Sales
We’re NOT looking for candidates who already became too comfortable managing 50 sales agents and lost direct contact with clients
2-3 years experience in managing B2B sales teams, ideally in the SaaS industry
Experience with complex B2B deals / a consultative environment
Excellent English and, preferably, German language skills
Good technical understanding and data-driven as well as hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
Readiness to travel to your larger customers approximately once a month
An entrepreneurial environment with an attractive and performance-based salary
