Interact with users on a daily basis and go out of your way to make their experience exceptional.

interact with our customers on a daily basis and support them with their needs
respond to incoming requests and help users solve their problems
Poster text editing, poster production & logistics

you are a very empathetic person, who cares to delight our users with the best possible solution
you are communicative, engaged and know how to moderate a dialogue
you know your way around the web, have experience with forums and communication tools
