Factory is now looking for an experienced professional to take charge of the Factory visual design. The Art Director will be tasked with managing and expanding our visual identity, executing all graphic design work for Factory and coordinating external freelancers.

Your tasks:

Manage and further develop the visual identity of the Factory brand based on our styleguide.
Work closely with our CMO and Brand Manager to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Design the websites, mobile apps and presentations of our Factory products and locations.
Be in charge of the visual look and feel of our campuses, from signage to marketing materials and beyond.
Your profile:

You have very strong graphic design skills, especially in interface design (web/mobile) and presentation design.
You have at least two years of professional experience in an agency or tech company.
Your are highly proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote.
You are comfortable with and experienced in organizing a team of freelancers such as animators, photographers etc.
You work in a precise and independent manner and take great pride in high quality output.
