Looking for hands-on experience at a growing SaaS company in Berlin? Do you want to work as part of an inspiring team that’s passionate about providing customers with a great experience? We’re SmileBack, a growing, post-revenue start-up with an awesome client feedback platform and we’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative (m/f, full-time) to join our team.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll work on the front lines of business development and revenue generation for our company. The primary focus of this position is to generate leads, qualify sales, and close. Beyond this, you’ll be expected to devise and implement growth strategies and initiatives that help us scale and drive the business forward.

SmileBack is used by hundreds of companies in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Source and identify qualified leads, supported by the marketing team’s efforts
Work with existing and potential customers to identify needs, discuss product features and benefits, demo the product, prepare quotes and proposals, and negotiate subscription fees
Generate and close sales opportunities with existing and new accounts
Track, analyze, and report on quantity, quality, source, and result for all leads and sales opportunities
Formulate new business development strategies in order to meet and exceed the company’s sales goals
Build strong relationships and client loyalty


Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably for a SaaS company
Proven success with sales prospecting, including cold calling, email, and social media
A track record of closing new business, growing existing accounts, and meeting individual quotas
Experience managing sales process in a CRM system
Outgoing, communicative, and open-minded
A creative, solution-oriented problem solver
Interested in learning new technologies and skills
Confident to dive-in and pro-actively take on new challenges
Native English speaker (or full professional fluency)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
4-year University degree
Eligible for work authorization in German
