Our mission is to become the go-to destination for job seekers of all levels around the globe. Thus far, we are live in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and France. We acquire over a million unique visitors and increase by 30% every month.
We are a highly energetic and entrepreneurial team led by experienced founders Lukas and Malte, who most recently held C-Level positions at companies such as Zalando and Frontlineshop. Manage the sales teams for our international markets
Set individual and team-based goals, enable and set the sales teams up for success
Track performance and report results directly to the top management
Recruit and onboard new Sales Consultants to drastically enhance our outbound activities
Identify best-practices and derive as well as implement new sales processes
Detect new sales opportunities and support country teams in their selection for new leads
1-3 years experience in managing an e-commerce sales team
Number-driven approach towards complex topics
Hands-on mentality combined with an entrepreneurial “getting things done” mindset
Enthusiastic to lead our new sales channels from 0 to 1.
Experience in the E-commerce sector and/or in SaaS-Sales is a big plus
