We are now looking for a Sponsoring & Sales Manager. You are co-architect and manager of a seamless and integrated sales experience that orchestrates the many services Factory has to offer, from single co-working desks to high profile sponsorship relations with international corporations.

Your tasks:

You centrally monitor and manage clients with a sophisticated sales/CRM software in order to enable complex and cross-team-wide collaboration throughout all the different product units.
You proactively co-create a list of potential partners, sponsors, donors (business & politics) with other Factory teams (office, events, marketing…) in order to integrate new services and/or products into the Factory network.
You contact them in order to prepare senior-/partner-level closing talks with them.
You monitor the created relationships and their contracts, you stay in touch with the existing and newly created partners to make sure everyone is happy and terms are fulfilled.
Your profile:

You are native or business fluent in German and English, preferably fluent in Spanish, French and maybe even Italian.
You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and you are a very convincing, goal oriented character. You know how both new and old economy work because you have experience in both fields.
You are structured, reliable and very well-organized and you would never forget to answer an email in time or follow up after an important meeting.
You are comfortable and experienced in building and leading a team of skilled professionals. You have many years of experience as a CRM/sales person or you are so convincing that your application sells itself.
