Product Manager – Mobile App (m/w) – as of now

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Digital Health Startup in Berlin focused on consumer-oriented Digital Health solutions. Our mission is to provide users an innovative mobile engagement platform that supports a healthier and more active lifestyle. Our first product is the YAS App which was launched in 2016. Support our product team with your creative and analytic mindset as of now.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and identify challenges of our user journey and understand user behavior to meet the user’s needs.
Translate product strategy into user stories and/or prototypes.
Develop and implement releases according to the roadmap and our product strategy.
Analyse and define requirements for new features and prioritize development, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements.
Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to use user feedback and user-related data to drive product development and customer satisfaction.
Research and understand our target groups, markets, and competitive development.
Scope MVPs and iteration phases of new projects based on defined KPIs.
Leverage app analytic tools, using quantitative and qualitative data, tracking progress with defined KPIs and search for ways to exceed the goals.
Take responsibility for improving tooling and establishing best practices.

YOUR SKILLS

You have provable work experience in product management of mobile products in a mobile B2C environment.
You are passionate about mobile products, UI, UX and simply creating awesome products for the user.
You put the user first and focus on user needs. You know how to gain knowledge about user groups and put insights first when planning new product features.
You are a creative mind who wants to develop and implement new ideas.
You are a clear structured communicator who can write clear, concise product requirements and documentation with scope and deliverables.
You are data-driven and have a good understanding of mobile KPIs.
You are interested in fitness, digital health or gamification topics.
You are responsible, dedicated, hands-on team player.
You like to work with agile methodologies such as SCRUM and preferably have experience with tools like Jira and Sketch.
Language skills: You have basic knowledge in German and English Skills min. B2.
