Our office administrator will work their magic on:
– The office itself. You will be the one to find the perfect premises, to create comfortable working spaces and to find the right equipment.
– Administrative matters: everyday needs, office supplies and office safety.
– HR tasks: keeping in touch with lawyers and accountants, preparing paperwork and making sure those vacay requests reach our finance team on time.
– The office spirit (note: not a ghost) – teambuilding events, celebrations, communication between all our offices across the world.
In return, we’ll hook you up with everything you need to be great in this position. You’ll join a friendly team of smart and creative colleagues who love to share their knowledge and are striving to grow every day. Also, you will be the first person to encourage the newbies joining our Berlin office soon.
