Marketing & PR Manager

We’re looking for someone, who is passionate about the startup world. A tech & startup evangelist who lives and breathes marketing and growth of an incredible idea. With a head for analysis with a creative background for storytelling and narrative.

Responsibilities:
Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth
Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission,goals and financial objectives.
Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
Helping to create and promote the company narrative and effectively storytell
Analyze all marketing efforts (performance marketing)
Work with social media team for best strategies
Lead all marketing campaign efforts
Structure our marketing efforts offline with storytelling and presenting our narrative announcements
Researching demand for our products and services.
Competitor research.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (Professional German also preferred)
Ability to multitask
Proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
An analytic personality
Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines under pressure
A strong passion for technology and innovation
Supreme people skills and patience for real communication from the team as well as external partners
Very structured and independent way of working
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
