Managing Partner for Digital Marketing Agency

We at „RED NUGGET – communications for manufacturers“ are looking for a highly motivated Managing Partner entering our Barcelona Headquarter. At RED NUGGET we exclusively work for companies coming from the industrial manufacturing sector. In less than 2 years we created a solid customer base with important industrial companies which now give us the opportunity to grow the business in a very attractive and promising way.
We are looking for a seasoned digital native managing partner with a personal talent to lead new businesses, develop a prosperous group of existing clients as well as creating new business opportunities and leading pitches.

The role is top-level leadership and management of people, projects and profits including accounting, financials and deal closing negotiations.
The emphasis of this role lays on executing commercial leadership and taking core responsibilities as general manager of the company, which will include:

* Commercial business leadership and management of the company
* Responsible for overall account performance, profitability and growth
* Full P&L responsibility
* Acts as a client business partner and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client businesses
* Responsible for managing a team of 4 persons, supposed to be growing regularly
* Excellent understanding of web and digital products.
* Ability to work cross channel (account dependent)
* Interest in future technology.
* Ability to recognise and nurture best in class digital services and products
* Having the courage and vision to bring the company to its next profitable level
* Being passionate on building the future of marketing and communication for the industrial manufacturing market
