For the function of IT Customer Support we are searching a qualified employee for the earliest entry date possible in our branch office in Berlin.
• Experience in IT Customer Support
• Superior communication skills in English, written and oral -German and other languages are welcome.
• Experiences in dealing with customer complaints, ticketing- and remote support tools.
• Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.
• An understanding of the online marketing field is a plus.
What you’ll be doing
• 1st level support of our international customers and escalate to level 2 if needed.
• providing support via email regarding operating and handling our system and software or resolving issues
• Ease technical customer integrations (both publishers & advertisers) for all ADMANIC API (ad-serving & tracking)
• procedural documentation and relevant reports
• setting up new users‘ accounts and profiles
• responding within agreed time limits
• prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
• rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers
