For our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for a full time, passionate leader to manage our international team of sales managers and drive growth by expanding our global base of advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience not only successfully leading teams, but also sourcing and acquiring new clients across multiple industries and verticals, and has extensive experience in mobile/performance marketing.
+ Win new business and grow client relationships to activate global campaigns, maximizing revenue
+ Craft and implement a company-wide, global sales strategy, including multi-market, multi-channel mobile (branding & performance) and digital strategies and proposals
+ Train and lead the sales team to expand our client base, building strong and profitable relationships with advertisers + – Acquire and retain a range of clients across various industries, with an emphasis on mobile
+ Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling while leading strategic opportunities
**Desired Skills and Experience:**
+ At least 4 years of team management experience in performance/mobile sales, including experience building communication processes with satellite teams
+ High level of industry expertise and working knowledge of best practices
+ Educated to degree level
+ Native-level fluency in English, fluency in a second or third language is a plus
+ Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
+ Strategic, big-picture thinker, yet detail-oriented
+ Hands-on, proactive leader, willing to work alongside your team to meet sales objectives
+ Proven record of success in online/mobile/performance marketing
+ The ability to quickly develop deep product expertise with sophisticated digital offerings
