The Head of operations is one of the most challenging and impactful roles positions at Event0. The head of operation will work with a team of operation Executives and Community Managers to accomplish their goals.

**Your Role**
+ Ensures that the strategic and business objectives for product and analytics are put into practice
+ Responsible for overseeing the following teams: IT, BI, Project- and Campaign Management
+ Drives analysis and process to secure and increase ROI
+ Responsible to implement and to serve all software tools (Podio, Drive, Debitor, etc.)
+ Improving of organizational effectiveness of the functions within his responsibility
+ Designing of program plans in collaboration with the MD and other team members to execute in his functions
+ Contributes to the development and implementation of general organizational strategies

**Your Profile**
+ university degree, ideally with a business and/or technical related focus
+ 5+ years experience in strategic and leading role with a focus of project management
+ Extensive experience and knowledge of project management and software tools
+ Work experience in performance marketing, media or event industry
+ Strong project management and analytical skills
+ Strong ability to analyze data and build business processes
+ Goal oriented approach and willingness to work in a fast paced and result driven environment
+ Fluent in English and German
