We are now looking for a professional to assist one of our managing positions. As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for performing operational support for executive-level managers of Factory.

Your tasks:

Take over and independently handle a variety of operational tasks: From updating our website over organizing meetings to help with accounting, you’ll have new and different tasks every day.
Structure tasks and projects for yourself and others to be maximally efficient.
Manage communications between your colleagues, other teams, residents, press and others.
Independently discover and manage administrative operations that appear during everyday work.
Conduct research and gather necessary information for one of our managing positions.
Your profile:

You are an independent problem solver and not afraid of tasks you haven’t dealt with before.
You are highly adaptive and willing to teach yourself the necessary skills that are required in a certain task.
A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Apple Keynote and Photoshop is required.
You are very focused, structured and reliable and take pride in meticulous work.
