We are now looking for a company spokesperson. As a spokesperson you welcome important guests and large groups of guests from startups to big corporations and politics from all over the world. You represent the Factory and build partnerships (face to face and via email/phone).

Your tasks:

Organize tour appointments at the Factory upfront based on incoming requests and proactively invite partners we are interested in.
Welcome several groups of important guests everyday, present to them what the Factory does, show them around and explain our vision.
Understand their importance and potential for the Factory, build a partnership by identifying options how we could work together
Follow-up on their visit and make sure to include them in the Factory ecosystem the right way when it’s time.
Your profile:

You are native or business fluent in German and English, preferably fluent in Spanish, French and maybe even Italian.
You have experience as a spokesperson, tour guide, stage actor or you are just very outgoing and not shy at all – you know how to behave in a business environment nevertheless.
You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and are a super charming, social person. You know how both new and old economy work.
You are very well organized and you would never forget to answer an email in time or follow up after an important meeting.
