Factory is the name of Germany’s first and largest startup campus. With over 16,000 sqm of space, we provide a home to local heroes like SoundCloud, industry titans like Twitter and a host of up-and-coming startups.
As we are expanding to new locations and into new services, Factory itself is growing at a rapid clip. We are now looking for an experienced professional to take care of the Factory Campus. As a campus manager, you bring the entire Factory Campus to live. Be in touch with the residents and many other external interest groups, organize community events and motivate your team to create the perfect workspace environment.

Your tasks:

Take care of the day-to-day operations of the Factory Campus.
Manage your budget, take care of the infrastructure and ensure that our members have everything they need.
Develop and improve processes that will serve as role models for our other Factory locations.
Manage your team and recruit new employees to make sure that everyone knows what to do in this complex environment.
Your profile:

You have at least two years of professional experience managing an office with a least 20 employees.
Ideally, you have an entrepreneurial background and some experience in the hotel/service/gastronomy industry.
You are fluent in German and English.
You are structured and reliable and very well-organized, stress resistant and you know how to delegate and motivate before just doing it on your own.
You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and are a social person.
