University/Polytechnic upcoming or recent graduates, preferably in biological sciences
Ideally, experience in human resources, executive search, sales or customer service
A good understanding of the healthcare industry and its stakeholders
Proactive and systematic problem solving
Very good communication skills, confident in speaking to high calibre experts
Ability to analyse and interpret data (including advanced excel skills)
Ability to conduct primary and secondary research
Strong team spirit, ability to work to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently, without supervision
Very good writing skills, ideally experience in report writing/transcriptions
Passionate about working in a growing company
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

Responsibilities

Identify and actively recruit top experts via various channels for projects with focus on medical sciences, healthcare and pharmaceuticals
Execute interviews/surveys with top experts
Generate questionnaires/write-ups/reports to deliver findings to clients
Work in a team to meet tight project deadlines
